Turnberry Ocean Colony North Tower

Turnberry is synonymous with luxury living and the Turnberry Ocean Colony takes this to an entirely new level. This twin tower, ultra prestigious address is set directly on the beachfront in Sunny Isles Beach, one of the area’s top destinations for travelers, as well as for new residents.  Turnberry Ocean Colony offers quite a wide range of amenities and features for owners and their guests to enjoy on property.

The North Tower

was the first of the two built, completed in 2006. It stands 37 stories tall and enjoys an incredible location in this spectacular area. However, you will find only 130 residences spread over those 37 floors, ensuring that each floor plan is as spacious as possible. You will find five different floor plans within the North Tower, each offering something slightly different from the others.

Abaco 01 is found on the southern corner of the building and actually makes up one of the two floor plans that can be found on every floor of the property. This floor plan features 3 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, with a square footage of 2,772.

The Exuma floor plan can be found on all floors below 34 (where the penthouses begin) and features 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, with a square footage of 2,245. The Martinique is also found only on floors 33 and lower. It features 4 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, with a square footage of 3,480. The Eleuthera floor plan is located on the northern corner of the tower and, like the Abaco 01, this plan can be found on all floors, including penthouse floors. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths, this style of residence features 3,735 square feet.

The final floor plan is the Grand Cayman. You will find it on floors 34 through 37 and it takes a center position in the tower. With 4 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths, it offers the largest amount of space, coming in at 5,690 square feet. Truly an impressive place to call home.

However, while each floor plan is significantly different, you will find that all residences benefit from some of the same luxury appointments. Each is served through a private foyer, where you will be delivered by a computer controlled high speed elevator. All residences feature 10 foot ceilings, as well (while the penthouses feature 12 foot ceilings). The residences in the North Tower also provide owners with luxury kitchens and master bathrooms, as well as flow through plans, which allow views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Kitchen luxuries include white Kashmir granite countertops and backsplashes, as well as under counter task lighting and a butcher’s block cutting board inset into the island. Meile appliances, as well as SubZero refrigerators and freezers are found throughout each residence, as well. Master bathrooms offer Fior D Pesco marble countertops, flooring, showers and vanity tops, while the Snaidero cherry cabinetry is continued from the kitchen. The steam shower is a nice way to relax, though owners will certainly enjoy the Jacuzzi whirlpool tub with a built in television for some in room relaxation.
